The word "casino" is a generic term. Using generic terms in domain names is always allowed for everyone.
A legal conflict can only arise if words that are registered as trademarks are used in the domain name.

This applies mainly to domains on the Web2 , while domains on the Web3 are completely unregulated from a legal point of view. Since Web3 domains are so new, no legal cases are known yet.

However, no problems with the word "casino" could arise, e.g. if the domain name consists of the word "casino" and a supplemented emoji (like the top-level domain registered at Freename yesterday).

The Web3 has different rules. Emoji domains are increasing in popularity.
