Yes it is, but!!!
Yesterday I bought TLD .CASINO, did everything that was said, and today I go to HUIZ and check - TLD .CASINO is not registered!
Who is right?

Only minted domains appear in the WHOIS. If you only purchased it, but hasn't minted it yet, it won't be recognized in the WHOIS.

I did! I minted with Polygon Chain and test next day -- and still not registered!

The case is closed. You cannot write your TLD in WHOIS& You have to copy/past if TLD have emoji..
